Who is eligible to apply for the SmartCoding courses when you refer to a program for women?
Throughout this website when referred to women as well as at our company, SmartCoding values diversity and inclusion. We understand that gender is a multifaceted and deeply personal aspect of one’s identity. We want to bring transparency and ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported on our platform and in our Company’s team. It’s important to note that our platform does not automatically filter users based on gender, nor will it at any point in the future. We also acknowledge that gender might not be immediately obvious when looking at a person and we are committed to avoiding gatekeeping. At SmartCoding we respect and acknowledge various gender identities and we aim to include everyone whose gender identity aligns with womanhood in any way, including cisgender, transgender, and non-binary members of our community.
